Russian food, is usually quite hidden in the eyes of the Western world. It’s a shame and a pitty, due to the fact that there are useful recipes to carry out as the masterchefs in our kitchens!
This dish (can be done either with fish or meat) contains the brine of salted cucumbers.
– Chicken – 100 g
– Smoked bacon – 40g
– Spicy sausage – 40g
– Spinach – 20 g
– Celery – 20g
– Carrots – 20 g
– Onions – 20 g
– Salted cucumber brine – 1/3 cup
– Chicken broth – 1 glass
– Salted cucumbers – 40 g
– White bread toasts – 100 g
Boil the chicken over low heat in water with little salt until it is cooked. Cut spinach, celery, carrots and onions and stew in vegetable oil for 15 minutes.
Cut the smoked bacon, sausages, chicken, cucumbers in a deep bowl, add the chopped garlic.
Mix all the ingredients, add the chicken broth and brine
