Rools with massage and sailed vegetables
“The masala is a blend of different spices used in Indian cuisine that gives it a distinctive flavor and aroma.It can be prepared at home and freeze.There are different varieties as well as combinations, for example, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom, pepper Black, nutmeg, among other varieties ”
Ingredients (suggested for 4 servings)
masala: 20 g ground pepper; 10 g of black pepper; 60 g cumin seeds; 75 g of coriander seeds; 10 g turmeric; 10 g ginger; 4 cloves; 1 small stick of cinnamon and 3 seeds of cardamom. For rolls: 1 onion cut into julienne; 2 sliced leeks; 2 diced carrots; 2 diced zucchinis; 2 diced tomatoes; 2 tbsp. Chopped parsley; 2 tbsp. Of masala and 8 tortillas of flour of wheat.
Masala: mix all the ingredients, grind them and store in a jar in order that the closure is complete.
Sauté onion and leeks in a spoonful and half of oil.
Add the carrots and 2 tbsp. of water.
Cook over low heat until tender.
Once this is done, add the zucchinis and cook until they change color.
The last step for this delicious recipe is to add tomatoes, parsley and masala (to taste).
Cook it for about 5 minutes. Once this is done, we recommend toast the tortillas and to make them tender and warm.
Arm the rolls to your liking and enjoy them!
Ingredients (16 squares)
1 and. Cups of corn oil; 2 cups of sugar; 4 large eggs; 1 tbsp. Cinnamon powder; . Cdta Ginger powder; . Cdta Of ground cloves; 1 tsp. of salt; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 4 tsp. Baking powder; 3 cups finely grated carrots; 1 and. Cups of chopped walnuts; 1 cup of seedless blonde raisins; Impalpable sugar to sprinkle and 1 20-by-30 cm mold oiled with corn oil.
In a large bowl beat the sugar, eggs, salt, oil and spices.
Add the flour with the baking powder and the carrots, walnuts and raisins.
Finished, dump in the prepared mold and bake at a temperature of 356°F, during 40 minutes, no more.
Later, remove from the oven, place on a grid and unmold after 10/15 minutes.
Once this is done, it is recommended to cool and cut into squares. As a delicatessen you can sprinkle impalpable sugar or some cover to taste, giving it a unique and distinctive flavor.
